One minute passes as the beautician prepares the wax and combs and strategizes. Then she breaks the silence.
"You have lovely eyebrows."
"Um. Thanks?"

i always tell my husband he has nice eyebrows.
It's quite a compliment. Eyebrows are a sort of picture frame for the eyes themselves, which are a window to the soul and all of that riffraff.
